12. Intro to the Enneagram: Heart, Head or Body Center and What Each Type 1-9 Focuses On

In this episode Wendy talks about the 3 centers of intelligence in the enneagram system. The Bodoy center which is concerned with control, autonomy and centers around the emotion of anger. The Heart center concerned with attention and self image centers around grief or shame and the Head center, concerned with security and systems or beliefs centers around the emotion of fear or anxiety. We will talk about all nine types and what the fixate on. We will also talk about how people misunderstand and misuse the Enneagram, what it is and what it is not!
